Originally produced the last two years by Sushi and hosted by Bluefoot Bar & Lounge (North Park), this dance event is now produced by The PGK Project.

The new “4x4xFloor pays homage to the initial goal of 4x4 while deepening its commitment to presenting quality dance performance. Whereas dancers were originally confined to an elevated 4 X 4 platform, performers now have access to a space that is 18' feet wide by 10' feet deep in addition to the original 4x4 platform.  Whereas previous audiences congregated around the platform without rhyme or reason, seating has now been re-arranged for maximum viewing into four tiers: standing,  stool seating, folding chairs, and pillow floor seating.

Additionally we have established a performers fund that, through sponsorships, secures capitol to provide performance fees for all participating artists.  This new fund is supported through the sale of raffle  tickets throughout the evening. with items provided by our various partners.
